Q: Is there a ceremony fee?
A: Yes. The price is $3000.00 for the Garden Pavilion, for Fridays, Saturday and Sunday.

Q: What is included in the dinner package price?
A: Your reception, including 4.5 hours of event time, a buffet or sit down dinner, hors d'oeuvres, staff for your event, white linens and napkins, banquet tables — set rounds of 10, auxiliary tables, Chiavari chairs, china, flatware, and glassware.

Q: Do you have minimums?
A: Yes. Our minimums on Saturdays are 150 at the Cliff Terrace, Friday and Sunday 125 Cliff Terrace. No minimums for our Sunroom/Fireside rooms.

Q: Do you offer discounts?
A: Yes, they do vary. Please call for our current specials.

Q: Do you offer children's prices?
A: Yes. Children 3 - 11 are $20 per child.

Q: Is there an additional facility fee?
A: No. Not for the reception site. There is a fee of $3000.00 for the Garden Pavilion should you choose to hold your ceremony at the resort.

Q: Is there a cake-cutting fee?
A: No. It is included in your package.

Q: Is the dance floor included?
A: The Cliff Terrace’s entire floor is a dance floor.

Q: How much time do I have for my event?
A: A total of five hours is included in your package. Additional hours may be purchased for $750.00 per hour.

Q: How late can my reception go?
A: All events must conclude by 12 midnight.

Q: What kind of deposits are required to reserve the date?
A: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total wedding contract is required to reserve your wedding date.

Q: Can I pay for my event over time?
A: Yes. However the entire event must be pre-paid in full prior to day of arrival.

Q: Can I bring in my own catering?
A: No outside food and beverage may be brought in, with the exception of the wedding cake.

Q: Can I taste the food to determine my menu?
A: Yes. One complimentary tasting is offered, maximum of four guests/two selections.

Q: Can I serve hard alcohol at my wedding?
A: Yes. We offer a full bar, with many local favorites

Q: Do I have to use the vendors on your list?
A: No, you may use anyone that you wish. The vendors listed are our preferred vendors due to the quality and service they offer our guests.

Q: Who does the set up and clean up for the event?
A. We do everything for you. We want you to just show up and enjoy your day.

Q: Do I need to provide a wedding coordinator?
A: Our professional staff will assist you in menu selections, room design and vendor referrals. Your wedding coordinator will be on site during your event to organize your rehearsal and ceremony.
