Kendra started at Pala Mesa Resort in the Spring of 2008, in full swing of the wedding season. Her attention to detail and organization skills are second to none.

Working with Kendra gives you a stress free experience. With over 142 weddings under her belt in the last two years, she’s mastered anticipating your every need and is always one step ahead. Kendra is a terrific personality that keeps you and your guests focused on you and not on the sequence of events….one part Field General, one part Symphony Conductor!

Throughout the planning process Kendra is calming and comforting and easily adaptable to any and all situations.. She is in constant correspondence with you via email, phone and personal appointments. She also contacts vendors and coordinates arrival times for the wedding day. Prior to the day, Kendra conducts the wedding rehearsal to ensure smooth execution on your special day.

Sean Sullivan, Executive Chef
Over 11 years in the hospitality industry

Sean graduated from The School of Culinary Arts in Denver, Colorado in 1998 and has been running his own kitchens since. His beliefs in the kitchen are based on homemade recipes, high quality ingredients, consistency and loving what you do.

Sean was recognized as one of the Great Chefs of San Diego for three consecutive years, but that is not considered as one of his greatest accomplishments. Sean’s ability to teach, manage and lead have allowed him to keep a consistent staff together with a very low turnover rate. These traits lead to a consistent product, a strong, reliable and faithful staff and a team of chef’s that love to cook and have a great time in the kitchen.

Previously Sean’s worked at restaurants throughout Southern California including Roppongi, Tamarindo, The Fishery and The Quail.
